2008 Fall Games
Coaches:
The 2008 State Fall Games are right around the corner and we want to be sure all NYC Region information is submitted on time and is accurate. In an effort to ensure this, we are sending out a pre-State Games schedule (below) and we will need to stick to these deadlines unconditionally. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you would like a copy of the registration mailed or faxed to you.
Registration packets are due to the NYC Region office no later than TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND, 2008. There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this deadline. Please submit your registration by either fax, mail or email. We will notify you as soon as we have received your completed packet. Please be sure you have received confirmation by SEPTEMBER 2ND.
Athletes cannot compete without a valid medical and consent form. We will send out a list of which medical and consent forms we are missing from your contingent no later than September 5th. We will need copies of these forms submitted to our office by September 26th. If you are unsure of the status of any of your athletes' forms in the mean time, feel free to contact the NYC office and we will gladly provide you with that information.
The Scratch/Add deadline is September 22nd, 2008. Please be sure ALL of your scratches/adds are submitted by this date or they cannot be accepted.
Housing information will be sent out by September 23rd. Please submit your room assignments by September 29th.

September 2nd - Registrations due - NO EXCEPTIONS
September 5th - List of which medical/consent forms the NYC office needs will be sent
September 22nd - Scratch/add deadline
September 23rd - Housing information will be sent
September 26th - Copies of missing medical/consent forms due to NYC office
September 29th - Housing assignments due

Also, please remember the NYC Regional Softball Tournament registration packets are due September 8th, and Long Island Regional Softball Tournament registration packets are due September 18th.

Professional Soccer Game Tickets for Saturday, Sept. 13th at Giants Stadium
Special Olympics has been donated tickets to the New York Red Bulls vs Real Salt Lake on September 13th at 7:30 pm.
